Position Description Your Opportunity: Techsource is hiring a full-time administrative analyst to provide support to the Office of International Programs, NA-10.2, part of Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). You will provide business management support to the Director and staff. You will manage daily operations for NA-10.2 staff, provide administrative and logistical support, gather and track reports and data, and participate in various meetings. You'll work onsite daily at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building, located in Washington, DC. What You Will Do:
- Provide business management support to the Joint Atomic Information Exchange Group (JAIEG) Chief and staff.
- Assist staff with corporate business systems, such as the eDocs, U.S.-UK Visit Module, and SharePoint.
- Track actions and update spreadsheets associated with various processes.
- Consolidate weekly reports.
- Coordinate correspondence action items, including preparing, editing, and uploading documents.
- Manage, process, and track classified packages containing U.S. and foreign country information.
- Respond to requests for specific document tracking numbers.
- Arrange classified and unclassified conferences rooms for meetings and teleconferences.
- Manage and track in-person and video teleconference foreign visits including entering visitor data into the visit management system.
- Review, process, and track visit reports.
- Participate in various regularly scheduled meetings, including staff meetings, Action Officers' meetings, and other meetings.
- Communicate and interact with diverse teams of people in the nuclear security enterprise (NNSA, DOE, DOD, etc.) and foreign nations.
What You Will Need:
- Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience).
- 7 or more years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrated clearly on your resume.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Keen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills.
- DOE/NNSA, DoD, or DoS experience preferred.
