Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst - Global Blood Center & Plasma Products Boston, MA The Senior Strategic Marketing Analyst is responsible for enhancing the Plasma and Blood Center organization by developing insights to support marketing actions and drive future business decisions. This position reports to the Vice President of Global Plasma Marketing. The role includes complex data modelling, financial analysis and compiling reports and presentations for senior management. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support strategic planning processes, through the use of business & customer analysis, to show impacts to our business and support Marketing/Sales decision making initiatives. Monitor key financial metrics of major customers including revenues, profits, and inventory levels and assess the size of the plasma collection markets and key drivers of growth. Perform comprehensive research, and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes and market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities for business growth and products launch; as well as potential risks for plasma collection growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard to monitor and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management, providing actionable insights on market and customer dynamics and strategic recommendations. Understand product strategies, monitor new product launches and commercial activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for improvement. In close collaboration with the Commercial & Financial functions, develop KPIs and efficient reporting to track results supporting management for decision making. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in corporate strategy and contribute to continuous improvement within the strategy function. Attend all investor calls and monitor customer and industry news
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance 5+ years of experience in Marketing Consulting, Corporate strategy, strategic consulting, asset management, private equity, or a similar analytical role 5+ years of experience implementing and improving marketing, financial processes and reporting Deep knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and presenting data
