This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of either our San Francisco or New York office. Responsibilities The Relationship Management role is responsible for new business development by acquiring and growing client relationships with early and growth stage startups, investors, and ecosystem partners. This role involves nurturing relationships within the C-suite by offering strategic consultations on business priorities and capital planning. A key responsibility is originating and negotiating financing solutions for SVB commercial bank clients. To address client business and personal needs, the role emphasizes cross-selling the entire SVB platform including treasury management, embedded payments, and the private bank. Collaboration with cross-functional SVB teams is encouraged to provide a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of related experience or High School diploma or GED with a minimum 8 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications:
The base pay for this position is generally between $121,000 - $169,300 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
