Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position. Requirements: 5-10+ years of project/program management 5-8+ years of professional work experience, preferably in technology risk and/or controls experience MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proven ability to foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate Risk Culture QA/Testing with technology related experience Strong organizational, analytical and execution skills, pay close attention to details, is a great communicator and collaborator, and excels at being deadline oriented to succeed in a fast-paced environment A love for investigating, analyzing and problem solving; great partnership and communication skills; and ability to understand the details, as well as synthesize them into meaningful recommendations, conclusions, and management reporting Jira Tableau Desired skills: Prior business process management or control framework knowledge Ability to understand systematic evidence as it relates to IT processes Experience with Model Development and Artificial Intelligence processes and deliverables Good understanding of technology/technology risk and control/technology risk management Ability to analyze data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations Proven time management and organizational skills Demonstrates accountability and ownership Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently Pay Range: $57.70-$65.70 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
