Together, we work to support the community in which we live and work. For our Jason Industrial and AMMEGA Operations team, we are currently looking for a Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager. Full benefits on day 1 + 401(k) after a month. Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager As a Customer Solution Center (CSC) Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and training to the warehouse/CSC employees and ensuring safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained at all times. You will exceed customer expectations by facilitating processing of incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, cutting and slitting belts, light production/assembly operations, and maintaining organization. You will report to the Director of Operations and be part of the Operations team. This position works on a team of about 12 people, supervises a team of about 15-20 direct reports. Key colleagues include other CSC Managers. In this role, you will be based in Carol Stream, IL, USA. Our colleagues like one another, so this is an in-person, in-office role with negligible travel.
