SUMMARY
The Automation Services team has been chartered with increasing productivity by implementing intelligent automation solutions. We are seeking a proficient and insightful Business Analyst with a strong emphasis on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, identifying, and recommending automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy within our pharmaceutical operations. This position will have the opportunity to help shape the future of intelligent automation and directly support BioMarin's corporate goals.

This position will not initially have direct reports but may provide direction to provider workers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee may frequently be required to sit and talk or hear. ONSITE, REMOTE, OR FLEXIBLE
This will be a Hybrid role with at least 2-3 days onsite in San Rafael weekly.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 76,000 to $ 114,000 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
