Payroll & Benefits Program Manager

Clarivate is seeking a dynamic Payroll & Benefits Program Manager to join our global Payroll & Benefits team! In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of programs by planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively. Utilizing project management skills, you will ensure alignment with business objectives and goals while managing multiple, interrelated programs and delivering value through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant human resources experience
• Project/Program Management experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge

• Payroll or Benefits experience

What will you be doing in this role?...

• Plan and execute payroll and benefit objectives, ensuring the programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee the coordination of tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to ensure successful program outcomes
• Manage risk and issues, ensuring minimal impact on program delivery, working with management and project owners to resolve escalations when needed
• Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to drive improvements
• Ensure the proper documentation of program milestones, timelines, and outcomes, and maintain all related project artifacts
• Review current processes and implement process improvements as needed
• Evaluate and audit payroll and benefit programs through data analysis using Microsoft Excel

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Kansas City office location

Ability to be flexible with working hours across regions and time zones worldwide.
