Genesis10 is currently seeking a Production/Technical Support Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Support Trading functions of Corporate Investment Management, GBAM Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work on planning, installing, designing and supporting new and existing personal computer equipment and software under moderate supervision Resolve more complex issues Consult with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications Install new hardware, software, and maintain existing hardware Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Use and apply basic technical principles, concepts and techniques Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, access, Citrix servers, applications and peripherals Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal user experience and performance, remote support of user outside our site support Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required Provide on-call assistance for our clients in states outside onsite support technicians area Requirements: 3+ years of IT experience Hardware knowledge for laptops, desktop, servers, networking Experience with Window Win10 Experience with MS Office, 2013, 2016, 2019, 365 Experience with Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019 Experience with SQL Client Experience with Perforce Experience with PowerShell Desired skills: Believe that diversity makes us stronger so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Committed to building a workplace where every employee is welcomed and given the support and resources to perform their jobs successfully Aim to be a great place for people to work and strives to create an environment where all employees have the opportunity to achieve their goals Provide continuous training and development opportunities to help employees achieve their career goals, whatever their background or experience Committed to advancing our tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve our clients and their evolving business needs Believe in responsible growth and is dedicated to supporting our communities by connecting them to the lending, investing and giving them what they need to remain vibrant and vital Pay Range: $28.08 - $36.08 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
