Genesis10 is seeking a QA Test Manager for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Define and implement a strategy for delivering quality programs across the organization, including leading quality engineers across a portfolio of products. Key Responsibilities: 1.Oversee quality implementations, including test automation frameworks, test data management, performance engineering, metrics, and testing practices. 2.Partner and coordinate with product teams or implementation programs. 3.Lead cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions. 4.Serve as a thought leader, researching, recommending, and driving changes as outlined in the roadmap. 5.Demonstrate leadership and build consensus on quality strategy and practices. 6.Lead teams in the design, development, and deployment of quality capabilities. 7.Coordinate initiatives across departments and portfolios. Person to be assisting with implementation of North Carolina client. Travel to North Carolina to be required on a monthly basis at this time. Should be available to work EST hours but be adaptable as needed. Very customer facing with both client and stakeholders. We need a committed professional to take charge of all test lead activities and foster strong relationships with the client's stakeholders. Top-down approach preferred. Someone who can have good dynamic with leaders and the people on the ground. Position will be coordinating with multiple teams and will need to be able to influence. Qualifications: People skills and experience managing stakeholders is needed. Senior level experience preferred (10+ years). Experience is test processes, excellent communication skills, and automation and performance testing. Experience with Jira is a plus. Experience in Healthcare/PBM is a plus. Experience leading a complex implementation as a test lead is a plus. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $75-$80 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
