The Talent Acquisition Manager drives the day-to-day talent acquisition functions for the Administrative & Support Services team. This role will supervise a team of TA Recruiters to support enterprise hiring needs and acquire top talent to achieve business priorities.

This position will be hybrid, with an on-site requirement of 2 days each week and the ability to visit satellite locations on a monthly basis.

This Talent Acquisition Manager will:

  • Participate in the development, implementation and tracking of Talent Acquisition Programs, Metrics and initiatives with the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Lead a team of Recruiters to execute recruitment strategies, candidate management and program implementation, in addition to managing a limited requisition portfolio.
  • Select and supervise team of specialized TA Recruiters and provide training, guidance, support and coaching on goals, priorities and outcomes.
  • Prioritize and assign requisitions, tasks and projects to staff, track and review work progress and operational compliance of team members.
  • Analyze reporting tools to guide team to reach their recruiting targets
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Talent Acquisition standard operating procedures with the goal of efficiency, customer satisfaction and candidate experience.
  • Provide training, technical advice, policy interpretation and guidance for application of appropriate procedures to staff.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with leadership and front-line managers to ensure consistent administration of talent acquisition programs and procedures.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple searches for hard to fill roles.
  • Assist recruiters with creating a robust sourcing strategy and pipeline for critical and hard to fill positions.

To qualify, you must have:

  • BA degree plus at least 6 years of experience with talent acquisition, human resources and leadership.
  • Ability to drive results, ensuring that Talent Acquisition activity is meeting / exceeding business needs and performance objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and talent attraction strategies to include sourcing, recruitment marketing for pipeline creation, candidate assessment, and closing candidates on the opportunity.
  • Drive to build the breadth and depth of the team's capacity and professionalism, including taking a personal interest in coaching and mentoring; Ability to provide constructive feedback and mediate conflicts.
  • Ability to hold staff accountable to the standards of performance by communicating requirements, setting high expectations, setting limits, addressing performance problems and ultimately creating a culture of accountability.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve the highest performance standards in Excellence, Respect, Communication, Accountability, Innovation & Teamwork.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with candidates, internal HR constituents, line managers and external agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, as well as multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Behavioral Interviewing techniques and an understanding of the role of diversity in building a strong, adaptable high functioning workforce.
  • Knowledge of social media channels for recruiting purposes.
  • Strong understanding of the labor market and knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment related legislation include EEO/AA.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes; Knowledge of BCH policy & procedure as it pertains to recruitment is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
