The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for: Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide family centered care and clinical oversight for patients and families in the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Program in the inpatient setting Setting is a fast paced, collaborative environment with multiple opportunities for learning Occasional procedures that are overseen by Attending Physician 36 hour 50% day/night position (every 3rd weekend) To qualify, you must have: 2 - 3 years of experience in Pediatric Oncology or Stem Cell Transplant preferred. New graduate APRN's or PA's considered. Hires with less than one year of relevant APP experience will be supported by a Transition to Practice Fellowship. A Master's of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies Current NP or PA license Sign-on bonus of $4,500.00 (for people who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years.)
