Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Netsuite with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Support, maintain, and enhance the client's Financial and HR Applications working with the business and IT Responsible for data stewardship for the Finance Team, working collaborative with the IT and Finance teams to help transition to a new system Lead and support data transformation and migration initiatives for financial data into NetSuite ERP, with a focus on financial modules and integrations with Workday HRIS Coordinate with outside vendors and implementation partners through the data migration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with ERP system requirements and business objectives Provide day-to-day support for the client's NetSuite data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements, ensuring that financial data transformation and migration align with organizational financial reporting and operational needs Proactively identify, document, and implement improvements in data migration processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, and system performance Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements by documenting data governance and controls for in-scope financial data processes Provide training and support to end users on data-related functionalities within NetSuite, ensuring effective data management practices and system utilization Work closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow between NetSuite and other business applications, leveraging data transformation best practices Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience with data migration and financial systems, including implementation and ongoing support 5+ years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role or similar experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems Experience in integrating NetSuite with other business systems, such as Workday HRIS, is highly desirable Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful ERP implementations Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and operational solutions Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes, with a specific focus on finance and accounting functions Proven ability to manage and lead data migration projects, from planning and design to deployment and support Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executives, managers, and technical teams Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting Desired skills: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Experience using Alteryx or other tools for data extraction and transformation Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
