Repairs complex electrical equipment, including automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms. Installs electrical equipment with minimal instructions. Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, and detects and replaces defective control modules. Performs complex wiring assignments. Installs power, light, electronic, and control circuits. Installs, maintains and repairs all HVAC Systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License OH: HVAC Technician License OR Electrician License OR Master Plumber's License 3. Valid driver's license. EXPERIENCE: 1. Five (5) years' experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Graduate of a trade school or community college course of study related to general facility maintenance. 2. 1D-Water Operators Licensure EXPERIENCE: 1. Ten (10) years' experience as an Electrician, HVAC Technician, or Plumber.
