Intune / MARCS Radio Telecon Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Telecom Analyst for a hybrid contract position with a leading client in Columbus, OH. This role could involve travelling to London, OH.

Candidartes ready and able to work on our W2 are only being considered. Our target compensation ratge is $55.00 to $63.00 per hour W2 based on level of experience.

Job Description:

• Solutions design
• Project technical planning
• Analysis and design
• Communication
• Testing and implementation
• Recommends software reusability guidelines
• Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation
• Developer that is well rounded in managing 50+ telecommunication tickets that may involve data entry, troubleshooting, critical thinking, inventory management, asset management, etc.
• This could also involve traveling to London, OH site to take inventory of the radios, etc./technology as it is sent/received for repair.
• Will involve some data entry aspects to track assets.
• Responsible for managing MARCS radio systems and creating and/or modifying program modules.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience with asset inventory
• Ability to work remotely within a team environment and able to function with little/no supervision
• Strong work ethics
• Willingness to be trained up to speed within telecom functions, etc. of the organization
• Intune and Tango management
• Resolving tickets / critical thinking skills
• Experience within infrastructure (telecom / VOIP)
• Preferred Education: 4-year college degree
• Years of Relevant Experience: 6 plus years
• Key Skills: SCCM, MARCS radio, Tango and Intune
