Summary of Position

We are seeking a reliableFuel Truck Driverto join our expanding Shop team.The Fuel Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and timely fuel delivery to various job sites and office locations. The role is crucial in ensuring the timely receipt of fuel supplies.

Typical Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Safely operate fuel delivery trucks, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Load and unload fuel at designated locations accurately.
  • Fuel equipment of job sites.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues accordingly
  • Keep accurate delivery logs and fuel records.
  • Effectively communicate with dispatchers and team members.
  • Follow all environmental regulations and company policies about fuel handling and transportation.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
  • 2-5 years of experience driving fuel trucks or similar vehicles.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures related to fuel transportation.
  • Ability to operate and maintain delivery equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
