Installation / Service Analyst
Working with the Global Sensormatic Retail Solution field employees, management and support teams, this high visibility role will be responsible for providing technical support, system enhancements and recommendations to improve the overall efficiency, operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction for the Global Retail Customer Service and Operations organization.
How you will do it
  • Establishing processes and building framework for global operational support for the Retail organization.
  • Provide technical support for Retail Services Field technician organization related to hardware, software and Field support processes and systems.
  • Be a subject matter expert on the configuration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceMax application.
  • Provide pro-active improvement recommendations for supported systems and processes to improve efficiency and profitability of the Field and Field support organizations.
  • Will contribute expertise and input for the Global transformational activities and projects for the Retail organization.
  • Respond to Service Desk ticket requests to effectively service, document, and close tickets within a defined SLA.
What we look for
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at a U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Construction, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar
  • Technical proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products
  • Currently a sophomore or higher status
  • 3.0 or better GPA
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Preferred
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills required
