Stock Room Lead

Summary

A U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies. Our connectors are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, entertainment, medical and nuclear. We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH for a Stockroom Lead to manage daily flow of kitted orders, oversee annual inventory, and supervise employees.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Tag items and enter into system to update inventory
• Adjust data in ERP system
• Release parts based on order due dates
• Update kitted sheets weekly
• Kit components for orders
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions
• Prepare documents and reports for transactions and/or regulatory compliance
• Inventory management, control, and annual oversight
• Manage 1-2 employees
• Coordinate with other departments based on customer and shipping needs
• Other job duties may be assigned as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in an ERP or SRP program.
• Experience in Great Plains a plus.
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• Managerial/Supervisory experience a +
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Capable of climbing ladder repeatedly and lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Proven experience with inventory processes.
