University of Minnesota Physicians (MPhysicians) is seeking a full time Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruitment Coordinator works as a key part of the Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment teams to help recruit, screen, hire and onboard talent throughout University of Minnesota Physicians and M Health Fairview. You will join an engaged and highly capable team of professionals in the MPhysicians Physician Recruitment Team, who are committed to excellent customer and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Physician Recruitment Coordination: drive thecoordination of physician site visit-related activities and provides updates and reporting to recruiters and hiring leaders:
