Job Summary

TheContinuousImprovementManager will lead operational excellence at AMAROK by driving Lean Six Sigma, Process Optimization, and Agile strategic initiatives. This role is focused on streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing both employee and customer experiences through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. As a strategic transformation leader, this individual will implementcontinuousimprovementmethodologies, track and analyze performance metrics, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency. They will also facilitate training and change management efforts to ensure long-term success. This role requires strong analytical abilities,continuousimprovement background, project management expertise, and exceptional communication skills, as well as significant travel to support initiatives across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile initiatives for process optimization.
  • Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs and establish SOPs.
  • Lead cross-functional CI projects and change management.
  • Utilize data analytics and automation for process improvement.
  • Support technology integration for operational excellence.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience with Agile, PMP, or Change Management certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Annual Compensation Range:125K - 145K. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
