What We Offer: - Competitive Compensation: Base salary (First 1-2 years; $80k-$120k depending on experience) + commission structure - Commission Structure: Aggressive payout of 50% of project profits upon completion; commissions are uncapped, with the potential for $250K+ in earnings by year 2+ (top performers can earn over $500K in some years) - Travel: Minimal travel, typically one trip per month - Health Insurance: Employee-only health plan (family coverage available) - 401(k): 4% company match - Mileage: Expense reimbursement for travel mileage - Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule with no company car - Opportunity for Growth: Des Moines market has $25M potential; Quad Cities is currently under-tapped with $3M potential Sales Executive Responsibilities: - Drive HVAC equipment sales and develop long-term, commission-based earnings - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users - Present HVAC solutions to clients in one-on-one or group settings - Expand business opportunities within the territory Requirements for Sales Executive: We're open to multiple profiles depending on your experience level 1st Option: Experience: Someone located in Eastern Iowa or Western Illinois with an engineering background (EE, IE, Mechanical) and strong knowledge of HVAC systems Skills: Familiar with HVAC equipment, specifications, and customer base. 2nd Option: Experience: An engineer with a background in consulting or HVAC system design/installation, but with limited direct sales experience Skills: Knowledge of equipment and design, but willingness to learn the sales process and customer interactions 3rd Option: Experience: A driven individual with no HVAC experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry Skills: A positive attitude and passion for entering the HVAC sales field |
