The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Application Description Through the collection and processing of unstructured as well as structured data, Business Intelligence (BI) tools improve productivity and enable our enterprise to make better business decisions each day. Configurable dashboards, data visualizations, reports, and metrics allow organizations to manage patient populations, analyze and benchmark clinical and operational performance, and monitor improvements for key areas of focus. BI tools such as Tableau are expected to connect and cross pollinate data from applications including Epic Systems, Microsoft SQL databases, Oracle Databases, and cloud-based solutions such as AWS, and Snowflake. The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for the overall success of enterprise data BI analytics solutions, development of dashboards, data visualizations, reports, and metrics across applications. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the management of administrative and operational functions of the Business Intelligence (BI) developer team, creating policies, procedures, and standards for the enterprise as they pertain to dashboards, metadata models, ad hoc reports and database development whenever necessary.
