THE ROLE:

This position is responsible for managing complex HR Projects and improvement efforts.

THE PERSON:

This position is responsible for managing complex HR Projects and improvement efforts.

You are a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and be knowledgeable in Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management philosophies in order to build rigorous project approach, timelines and execution plans. Knowledge of the HR function a plus. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management of complex HR projects including building voice of business, improvement opportunities and stakeholder engagement and change management plans to roll out new projects or programs across HR and the business
  • Utilizing voice of business, identify process improvement opportunities across HR processes
  • Project Manage or guide the project management and process improvement activities of recommended improvements
  • Support the continued improvement of HR PMO templates, methods and project prioritization

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong Project Management skillset, with a passion for process improvement in order to continually improve towards the next 5%
  • Experience building a project governance structure with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and reporting out relationships with Steering Committees and Sponsors
  • Experience with process improvement techniques including value stream mapping, process mapping and journey mapping
  • Able to quickly build strong relationships across HR and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate data driven decision making, analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
