Job Summary The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading the strategic HR initiatives that drive Richard Group's growth and culture. This role oversees all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, training, benefits, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR in the construction industry-particularly in federal and healthcare projects-and will ensure compliance with government contracting regulations while fostering an innovative and people-first work environment. Pay Range: $150,000 - $180,000. The base salary range for this position as of posting is Richard's good faith estimate of the possible compensation for this role. The range for this role takes into account the factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
