WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

The Senior ERP Business Value Manager is a critical role responsible for maximizing the value derived from our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, ensuring that ERP investments align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. They will drive initiatives to optimize processes, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity, ultimately contributing to increased efficiency and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business units to identify ERP challenges and translate them into value-driven opportunities.

  • User Experience Advocacy: Champion user needs in ERP enhancements, ensuring intuitive and effective system utilization.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and document business process architecture to identify and implement ERP system improvements.

  • Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the ERP change backlog to deliver high-value features and enhancements.

  • Value Measurement & Reporting: Develop and track KPIs to measure ERP investment returns, providing regular performance reports.

  • Data Governance & Quality: Maintain data integrity within the ERP system, and train users on data governance best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Digital teams for seamless ERP implementation and integration.

  • Training & Change Management: Oversee ERP training materials and change management initiatives to ensure user adoption.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3, JDE, Oracle).

  • Proven experience in leading and managing ERP implementation projects.

  • Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, data structures, and integration points.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
