Senior Global Campaign Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Global Campaign Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue for our cybersecurity products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns and collaborating across teams. With extensive experience, the Senior Global Campaign Manager will also mentor junior team members and contribute to high-level strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

    1. Develop and execute global integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives and regional requirements.
    2. Create data-driven marketing strategies to differentiate our products, enhance competitive positioning, and penetrate target markets.

  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    1. Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Product Marketing, Regional Campaign Teams, Field Marketing, Growth & Digital Marketing, Brand, Channel, and other cross-functional teams.
    2. Ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution across digital, email, social media, and field marketing channels.

  3. Content Creation and Management:

    1. Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, brand, and sales teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with key personas, use cases, and market priorities.
    2. Work with the creative team to develop campaign concepts and assets that enhance engagement and conversion.

  4. Performance Measurement and Optimization:

    1. Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key KPIs, with a primary focus on pipeline growth and revenue generation.
    2. Support lead generation and conversion by designing nurture programs and new lead generation initiatives.

  5. Cross-Sell and Upsell Initiatives:

    1. Develop and implement strategies to expand current accounts by encouraging the purchase of additional products and services.
    2. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing customer accounts to maximize revenue potential.

  6. Install Base Marketing:

    1. Encourage Retention and Expansion: Develop comprehensive upgrade and cross-sell campaigns to drive customer retention and foster account expansion. Implement strategies that highlight the brand and overall value of all company solutions in the market.

  7. Market Perception and Brand Management:

    1. Monitor and manage the market perception of the brand, ensuring consistent and positive brand messaging across all channels.
    2. Conduct market research to understand brand perception and make data-driven decisions to enhance brand reputation.

  8. End-to-End Prospect Campaign Design:

    1. Design and execute end-to-end prospect campaigns from awareness through the entire customer journey, tailored to different personas.
    2. Develop strategies to engage prospects at each stage of the funnel, from initial awareness to conversion and beyond.

  9. Event and Webinar Management:

    1. Plan and execute strategic webinar programs to engage target audiences, educate prospects, and support customer education in alignment with campaign goals.
    2. Coordinate and manage events that align with campaign objectives and enhance customer engagement.

  10. Market Research and Analysis:

    1. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    2. Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

  11. Leadership and Mentorship:

    1. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering professional growth.
    2. Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and collaborate with senior leadership to drive marketing initiatives.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
