Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Description* * Ensure knowledge of company's products and services, compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. * Meet productivity and scheduling standards, maintain confidentiality, and achieve performance standards. * Serve as a Contact Center orientation trainer. * Efficiently identify and resolve customer problems, gather and analyze information, and develop solutions. * Manage difficult customer situations, respond promptly to needs, and educate clients on products/services. * Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and excellent listening skills. * Establish collaborative customer relationships and aim for First Call Resolution. * Provide support for technical products and services, troubleshoot online access issues, and have knowledge of computer, mobile app, and bill pay systems. * Proficiency in debit and credit card systems * Make outbound calls efficiently and document results as instructed. *Skills* customer service, computer skills, administration, call center, Support, Customer support *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
