*Job Description* Gathering customer and mortgage account information about POC fees, mortgage insurance, recording fees, etc. Researching state, county and city taxes and fees by visiting websites Reaching out to government clerks offices and settlement auditors to obtain tax information via email and phone Documenting work on internal programs and systems *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Best candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors Degree in a business related field. *Employee Value Proposition (EVP)* For right now, this is a 6 month assignment. This could change though depending on volumes, how the contractor does, etc. These positions will be Onsite. Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
