Position Summary
Under the direction of the department leader, assists the supply chain staff through various tasks in the warehouse.

Responsibilities
Pick supplies from inventory, stage for delivery
- Receive inbound supplies from vendor and put away in correct location
- Helps identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborates with team as necessary
- Assists staff with various support activities upon request, such as special projects, etc..
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
Qualifications
Education
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university required.
Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
- Experience in a health care setting preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to quickly and accurately understand instructions and then work independently on assignments
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other department manuals.
- Detail-oriented to evaluate and ensure accuracy of data
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional commitment to customer service
