Summary: These positions will routinely perform all aspects of Industrial Maintenance activities such as; breakdown repairs, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and special projects on all company equipment and facilities.

This position requires one or more of the following:

• 1-year technical certificate and 2, or more years of verifiable experience.
• A 2-year technical degree in an industrial maintenance or engineering field.
• 3 or more years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced Apprentice, licensed, or Journeyman level Tradesmen.

Effective communication and time management skills are a must. Candidates must be energetic, have a positive attitude and can work with minimal supervision.

The Dubuque facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard maintenance work shifts are (3) 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Weekend on-call and/or work may be required.
