Master Scheduler will be a key contributor to the success of PL37's Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process. The role will coordinate with factory planners to develop and execute strategic production schedules for manufacturing, and the development of mid to long range capacity analysis. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and scaling production part shortages and plant capacity data to determine sales order commit date. Will confer with department supervisors to determine status of manufacturing orders and buyers to determine status of part shortages. Work with manufacturing to expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Prepare production and material shortage reports. Generate consensus production plan for a 3-12 month rolling horizon that supports the agreed upon product demand plans. Job Responsibilities
