Scheudle: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee the issuance of materials for Pressroom, Finishing, and Smart Card departments
- Maintain First In First Out procedures for all materials.
- Oversee the material usage transactions of materials for Pressroom, Finishing, and Smart Card departments.
- Assist with training new employees in position.
- Follows all mandated security procedures and process requirements.
- Operates dock truck, hand jacks, powered jacks, forklifts, and other powered industrial trucks.
- In conjunction with Inventory Control Specialists:
- Implement and maintain the Monarch ERP system within the warehouse to track inventory level and flow between sites.
- Maintain material organization and labeling.
- Transfer of material from the offsite warehouse to production facility
- Assist with month-end physical inventory counts
- May be required to take on additional tasks and projects as determined by the Buyer and Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience with inventory and/or warehouse technology systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate counts of a wide variety of materials
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record and have the ability to become DOT certified.
- Must possess self-starting qualities and a sense of urgency
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills
- Willingness to be a team member
- Good organizational abilities, Proficient communication skills including reading, writing and speaking in English and interpersonal skills are needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is conducted in a standing position and requires walking, bending, stooping, pulling, climbing and lifting of materials up to 50 lbs.
