Job Description
ECU Department of Student Health Services is currently seeking several Emergency Medical Technicians to join Campus Emergency Medical Services (Campus EMS).

Campus EMS shall provide first responder BLS emergency response to on-campus emergencies, standby for on-campus events, and provide emergency education to students, faculty, staff, and other members of the university community.

In addition, Campus EMS shall collaborate with all supporting first response agencies to keep our campus safe and promote the health and well-being of the entire campus by providing on-campus 911 response to support Greenville Fire & Rescue and Pitt County EMS.

Duties include being on medical standby at various on-campus events, campus emergency education to faculty and students, and Student Health Services clinical support.

Pay rate is $14/hr.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Candidates MUST hold EMT-B certification and be able to commit to evening, overnight and weekend availability each semester.

Undergraduate applicants who are in good academic standing and have EMS certification, including technical proficiency with clinic procedures and skills are strongly preferred.
