THE JOB:

As a Dining Host in TAP, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in booking reservations, welcoming guests into the restaurant outlet, as well as communicating specific information regarding the restaurant including any special menu items. By understanding our guest's unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$15.59

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly welcome guests with a friendly and prompt greeting as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a positive first impression
• Stay informed about the restaurant's daily operations, including scheduled activities, in-house groups, daily guest counts, table and seating arrangements, proper table setups, room capacities, operating hours, and menu items
• Manage incoming phone calls while accurately maintaining reservations and making any updates as needed
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist them with their seating selection within the designated restaurant outlet all while providing an outstanding guest experience
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Two years of prior relevant experience in a restaurant as a dining host preferred
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
