POSITION SUMMARY: The Ambulatory Quality Program Manager, under the direction of the Director of Quality and the Executive Director of Ambulatory Nursing, will facilitate clinical care improvement processes and programs for CSVH Ambulatory Departments. This role will work closely with physician and nursing leaders in our various clinics and outpatient departments to identify and develop clinical workflows and processes aimed at standardizing and integrating delivery of clinical care. This role will support clinic managers and directors as they implement and improve both current and new clinical workflows. The Quality Program Manager will assist clinic managers and directors in the development and standardization of policies and procedures for our ambulatory departments with a goal toward policy integration with inpatient. This role will actively collaborate with clinical education teams both inpatient and outpatient to facilitate compliance to those policies and protocols. The coordinator will work closely with other CSVH surveillance and performance improvement leaders to facilitate, to advise and coach clinical staff as they deliver the highest quality of care to our patients and families. Requirements EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare preferred CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Registered Nurse preferred SKILLS:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of nursing experience required. Previous experience in management and/or performance improvement preferred.
