In the pre-award phase, this position evaluates funding and budget proposals for compliance with department, institutional, and state requirements. Duties involve evaluating the accuracy of application materials, including scopes of work, recipient institution details, budget requests, and subcontractor documentation, and guiding recipients to address discrepancies and finalize submissions.
