GENERAL SUMMARY

To perform an advanced level of administrative functions including typing, answering phone, utilizing Microsoft applications, maintaining files and logs and other related clerical support activities for a managing director.

High school diploma/educational equivalent.

College diploma or equivalent preferred; secretarial studies or business administration courses preferred.

Four (4) years business experience required, preferably one (1) year as a secretary with Federal Express.

Demonstrated typing proficiency (55 wpm net).

Standard (Intermediate level) experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.
