A partner of the Optum Care network, WellMed Medical Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant to optimize and scale the CareCoach Connect program across TX and FL. The CareCoach Connect program provides both longitudinal and episodic medical care to mostly Medicare-aged patients on a Medicare Advantage plan. This role works closely with business operations, information technology, and other stakeholder teams. This role helps deliver solutions that ensure that critical business capabilities are implemented effectively to achieve expected growth, efficiencies, medical cost savings and return on investment within WellMed's Care in the Home Business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Support data-driven decision-making for process improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or other industry best practices
• Work with the reporting team to develop and maintain dashboards / reporting tools for tracking KPIs (Key Process Indicators)
• Work with the Clinical Systems Interoperability Team to ensure data integrity and security
• Work with the teams' documentation specialist in managing the centralized repository for clinical models and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions and recommendations
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven solid presentation skills across all levels of leadership
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, face to face or virtual, to drive action
• Proven ability to translate highly complex concepts in across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project management certification
• Risk management certification
• Operational and / or project management experience in the home care delivery setting

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
