This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. A successful incumbent is expected to set the vision for demand creation and conversion while also being a hands on executor and people leader. You will lead the collaboration of cross-functional teams that is required to design, plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation strategies, with a focus on optimizing marketing spend and ROI.Education requirements include: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Design or related field; Experience requirements include: 10+ years of marketing experience that includes enterprise B2B, B2C, and digital marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate company objectives into a comprehensive demand generation strategy that delivers revenue forecast annually, with corresponding key performance indicators that grows our overall audience and engages, nurtures, and converts prospects

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to create and refine customer segments/personas in order to build campaigns that resonate with the target audience that originate new business as well as accelerate sales cycle

  • Impress a meticulous, data-driven approach across all campaigns and channels to evaluate effectiveness of tactics and better understand marketing attribution

  • Develop operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing CPD and CRM systems to better nurture prospects and/or customers, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database

  • Oversee the content marketing team to drive development and promotion of marketing materials that drive awareness and interest within market segments and by persona

  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase engagement and overall pipeline, growing revenue and greater share of wallet within customer base

  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and the next steps

  • Direct all creative development across internal creative team as well as external agencies

  • Maximize awareness and engagement with our brands through the creation of all forms of high-quality content including video and editorial as well as the ongoing curation of relevant content

  • Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the most efficient possible cost

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members

  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies

  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications

  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CGI mission, vision and values.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Design, or related field

  • 10+ years of marketing experience that includes enterprise B2B, B2C, and digital marketing

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience with multiple levels of management

  • Deep domain experience in digital marketing and different ABM approaches

  • Demonstrable experience establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment

  • Experience with relevant technologies and a playbook for building a highly-effective demand generation marketing stack

  • Excellent quantitative marketing skills with a successful track record of using data and analytics to improve conversion through the funnel by experimenting, then scaling

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Well-versed at collaborating, gaining consensus and aligning marketers and non-marketers around a creative and content vision

  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and how to implement as part of marketing strategy

The payrange for this position is $159,500.00 - $257,000.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
