Vaco has been selected by a market leader to recruit and identify a strong leader to help guide them through a major platform modernization and implementation. We are looking for someone with previous experience in transformation of core business systems and willing to roll up their sleeves. You will be working with Product Implementation partners to define the foundation for product fit-gap, design, configuration, customization, and delivery of product capabilities throughout the implementation. We are seeking those who have been in high-profile positions, experience in leading a large team (60-80), and serving as the business partner with various functional teams leveraging our clients ERP solution. The ideal candidate will have the right combination of technical knowledge, business acumen and leadership capabilities. Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the design, build, implementation of the Oracle ERP application landscape.
  • Leads the current journey towards a modernized ERP with a focus on the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform and associated modules while partnering with business functional teams.
  • Strategically leads, develops and articulates technically oriented strategies and roadmaps, which supports the corporate business vision.
  • Engages and fosters a collaborative team environment through effective leadership:
    • Inspires and motivates team to higher performance,continually communicates the highest-priority strategic initiatives to keep the team focused on the right things.
    • Able to articulate how the teams work contributes to broader business objectives.
    • Maintains a culture of trust and respect within the team, within IT, and in all interactions with the business.
    • Streamline delivery and operational processes to improve service delivery, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination
    • Plans and manages budgets, forecasts, projects and associated staffing requirements.
    • Prioritizes and manages overall schedule and portfolio of projects. Position Qualifications:
      • 10+ years of experience in leading development teams; Onshore/Offshore, Contractors and Employees
      • 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other enterprise ERP Cloud applications
      • Experience managing vendor relationships (Implementation and Consulting partners)
      • Experience working with cross-functional teams; Finance, Marketing, Technology, etc.
      • Strong business acumen: Ability to understand how and why business users make decisions and how data can enable them
      • Excellent leadership skills including team motivation, coaching, regular feedback and development
      • Track record of successfully driving change, managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

      Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
