More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Field Support Engineering Intern in Rosemont, IL.

• Assist the team with documentation and reporting processes
• Work closely with the Field Service Engineers to understand, troubleshoot and resolve problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment and software applications
• Follow up on open issues with customers
• Assist the team on continuous improvement projects

More about you

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelors' Degree in a Technical Discipline
• A skilled diplomatic communicator, both written and verbally
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous internship in customer service a plus

Pay Rate:$22 - $31 per hour (based on year of study)
