Position: Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) Neurophysiologist

Location: Orlando, FL | Travel: Overnight travel 1-3 times per week

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll transform lab-based neurophysiology skills into direct clinical care. As a DBS Neurophysiologist, you will:



  • Use electrode recording and stimulation techniques to map deep brain structures in awake patients.
  • Assist neurosurgeons in pinpointing the optimal location for DBS lead implantation.
  • Work in a variety of hospital settings-locally and out of state-with travel required 1-3 times per week.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues and surgical teams to deliver safer, more effective outcomes and see patients get better on the table.


You'll join the most experienced team of DBS neurophysiologists in the industry and help advance patient care for those with movement disorders.

What You Bring

Required:



  • Doctoral degree in a neuroscience-related discipline
  • Preference for candidates with a neurophysiology background

  • Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with neurophysiological recording equipment
  • Comfortable in high-stakes, dynamic environments like the OR
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to work in a team setting
