HVAC Project Mechanic Foreman (union)

What you will do

Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC equipment installation, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.

How you will do it

A self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of journeymen and apprentices. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling team labor hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.

What we look for

Required

• Mechanical Journeyman License
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience mechanical installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & install/service knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
