Job Overview

Plans and coordinates manufacturing process and non-stock spare parts needs.

Responsibilities


  • Plan production of complete and partial assembly of products according to material and labor availability.

  • Resolve issues affecting the planning process and customer delivery.

  • Creates and distributes production packets and delivers to the manufacturing floor.

  • Coordinates with all responsible parties in the end-to-end process as needed including own team, procurement, production, sales, and customers.

  • Use critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve customer delivery dates as needed.

  • Confirmation of orders to customers.



Requirements


  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting

  • Through knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Associates degree required

  • Experience/demonstrated proficiency with customer facing skills

  • Problem solving and ability to find create solutions to meet customer needs

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization and in cross-function collaborations

  • Ability to convey good and bad news to peers and customers in a constructive and professional manner.

  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks



Preferences


  • ERP system knowledge and production planning preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
