Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Logistics & Export Coordinator in Erie County, NY. Our client manufactures industry leading machinery and has an IMMEDIATE OPENING. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a generous benefits package. Job Responsibilities include: Coordinate international shipments with internal teams and external partners. Maintain strong relationships with shipping and brokerage providers. Prepare and review export/customs documents for compliance and timely delivery. Manage shipping schedules and track international deliveries. Oversee various shipment types, including parcels, crates, and containers. Handle documentation for shipments requiring Letters of Credit. Obtain competitive air and ocean freight quotes. Provide excellent customer service with timely order and shipment updates. Process sales orders, track progress, and resolve issues. Collaborate across departments to address customer inquiries. Escalate unresolved issues promptly. Assist customers in selecting parts using technical resources. Understand product applications and promote related solutions.
