The role requires solid experience supporting technology landscape for large Enterprise Systems across multiple Cloud platforms. The incumbent is an outstanding specialist who has both technical and functional skills and is accountable for leadership of a multidisciplinary team providing operational and delivery oversight to a large portfolio.

This role will lead the support of technology environment with multiple Cloud platforms, cloud integration tools, ERP reporting technologies, and a large number of integrations and extensions to enable smooth operations of ERP systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on capabilities when vital.

What you will do:

  • Lead and direct the daily work efforts of multidisciplinary teams providing operational and delivery oversight to a large Enterprise systems portfolio.

  • Apply subject matter knowledge to contribute to demand shaping, solution selection, and support processes.

  • Regularly analyze the existing applications landscape for continuous improvement and strategically recommend improvements and optimizations.

  • Effectively manage the AMS vendor partner for successful delivery of services for the portfolio.

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of resources physically dispersed across Enbridge business units to deliver system processes and compliance for all ES systems.

  • Manage and monitor the performance, development, and career growth of a group of technical and/or business professionals.

Who you are:

  • Advanced University degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.

  • 10+ years of experience in supporting large application landscape such as SAP and Oracle.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operational support teams.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem resolution.

  • Ability to travel to other Enbridge locations for meetings with Enterprise System's (ES) personnel throughout Enbridge.

  • Strong presentation skills to get consensus and push forward agenda to collaborators.
