See what it's like to work at GROWMARK:https://youtu.be/CSVMnKCySsY PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition & Member Employment, oversees GROWMARK's recruiting marketing efforts through the development of web, print, social & digital content. Develops measurements and tracking methods to report on Recruiting KPI's. Executes key talent acquisition projects and priorities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develops and executes data-driven content marketing strategies to enhance employer brand awareness and engagement. Leverages analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Talent Insights, ATS reporting, and social media analytics) to track key recruiting metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize recruitment marketing performance. Uses predictive analytics to refine content strategy, improve candidate engagement, and forecast hiring trends. Collaborates with marketing, HR, and leadership teams to translate data insights into actionable recruitment strategies Manages recruitment projects from start to finish, collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. Sets clear project timelines, monitors progress, and resolves any issues that arise to ensure successful completion of recruiting initiatives.Champions the Success Factors reporting module as the subject matter expert on developing Recruiting reports and trains others as needed. Manages Career Site Builder (RMK) module and serves as administrator to keep up to date content and changes as needed. Leads the design and strategic direction of external & internal company career pages for optimized user experience. Partners with internal stakeholders to develop a System-wide recruitment brand strategy. Support employer branding initiatives by developing and promoting the organization's value proposition, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining a strong employer brand presence across various channels. Coordinates the creation of recruiting collateral with marketing and design teams, utilizing digital, social, web, and print media. Collaborates with HR and Communications teams to develop content that consistently communicates the organization's culture both internally and externally.Develops and manages marketing campaigns driving awareness, interest, and consideration of opportunities within the GROWMARK System as an employer of choice. Leads hiring managers, recruiters, and employees on effective use of social recruiting best practices; specifically, around LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. Establishes marketing and communication strategies to engage and communicate open positions to existing talent pools. Measure and analyze effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and source effectiveness to influence future strategy. Leverages candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience. Collaborates with marketing and communications teams to manage SEO strategy, ADA compliance, and other actionable performance tracking. Champions the employee advocacy program, empowering employees to share workplace experiences and career opportunities to enhance employer branding. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Manages the administration of the relocation program, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for relocating employees. Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned. Normally requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing or business related field and at least -5 years of related experience. Normally requires a professional human resources certification or the ability to obtain one within three years to demonstrate an advanced human resource knowledge base. Normally requires an industry recognized HR data, business, analytics certification or ability to obtain one within one year to demonstrate an advanced analytics knowledge base. Prefers experience with event/campaign management, content development, advertising, digital marketing strategies, and trend analysis. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary. Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
