What We'll Bring:

This role will be responsible for aiding in complying with compliance obligations related to the Consumer Solutions practice. This role will also aid in issue management and remediation for the Consumer Solutions group.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years' experience in product management, project management, compliance program management or related fields
  • Experience in Program or Project Management will ensure successful performance in this role
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning
  • Bachelors Degree required

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:

  • Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or Identity Protection industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience working with SAFe/Agile/Scrum work environment

Impact You'll Make:

  • Build an understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to TransUnion's U.S. Consumer Solutions practice
  • Identify processes required of the product team to ensure compliance with those regulations
  • As needed design and / or modify existing processes to ensure compliance with obligations ensuring it is achieved efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure adherence to these processes through monitoring as needed
  • Lead management, organization, and timely remediation of issues for Consumer Solutions
  • Support the development and execution of issue remediation plans, ensure action owners are working towards defined deadlines, and support in completing remediation steps when needed
  • Act as a liaison between Consumer Solutions, Legal, and Compliance, to support smooth issue remediation processes
  • In execution of remediation plans, also work with Marketing, Consumer Operations and Technology to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Track, monitor, and manage applicable compliance obligations and deadlines for the Consumer Solutions team
  • Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively to meet shifting priorities and guidelines

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
