Business Analyst, Experienced

Your Role

The Transformation, Operations and Customer Experience team delivers operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformative evolution that provides members, providers, and partners with quality outcomes and sustainable affordability. The Business Analyst Experienced will report to the Strategic Planning and Performance, Director. In this role you will track and manage the transformation and operations key performance metrics and drive results through cross-functional partnerships

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires at least 3 years of Finance experience
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to provide quality reporting at a level appropriate for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors
• Requires ability to influence and gain alignment cross-functionally
• Requires excellent Microsoft Excel skills
