Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $18.00/hour Shifts/Hours: 1st 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Thursday & Friday (6:00AM - 10:00 AM) 1st 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday 2nd 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Monday - Thursday We are hiring skilled professionals to join a leading manufacturer specializing in custom foam, plastic, fiber, and composite solutions. Production Associate Responsibilities: - Rotate between the following departments: Assembly, Glue Booth, Foam Saw, Waterjet and CNC as required and trained; Pillow Line, Routing, Vacuum Forming, Material Prep - Make boxes, sort material and package product according to each specific order - Keep work area and paperwork neat and orderly - Run band saw (only after properly trained by client) - Fill out required paperwork for each job Requirements for Production Associate: - High School Diploma or GED - Ability to read and interpret documents - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure - Ability to read a tape measure - Previous production experience preferred but not required - Ability to lift up to 25lbs. repetitively; Team lift for anything over 50lbs. occasionally - Ability to work in a hot environment - Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history.
