Clinical Support Associate MA EMT LPN - Mukwonago Primary Care Clinic

ProHealth Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Clinical Support Associate (CSA) to join our Mukwonago Primary Care Clinic as an in-clinic float. This single-site float position provides direct patient care across the clinic, supporting family medicine providers based on daily operational needs.

This is a great opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN looking for schedule consistency and variety in their work. You'll work with a collaborative care team, helping deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient population while building relationships across the practice.

What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Support multiple providers within the Mukwonago Primary Care Clinic (no travel required)

  
  
• 
  

  Room patients, take vitals, perform point-of-care testing, and document in Epic

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with patient education and coordination of care

  
  
• 
  

  Flex across exam pods and provider schedules within the clinic

  
  
• 
  

  Partner with nurses, providers, and other CSAs to support high-quality patient care
